I'm always up for testing, but having helped with parts of the system might make me a lil' evil with this

Knowing some system pieces and actually using them are different things entirely.
anyway, I sent you the form on STEAM.

Runes now actually have appearances. Sort of. Health has been buffed a bit due to dangerous combat. One volunteer character has been made, just waiting on the other. Working on some rules for dual wielding. After combat testing I'll put up some character sheets so everyone can make characters and I can start working on questlines. Some more bosses have been created, and they are all BAMFs. Also of note, I've decided to institute a sort of level up thing where you get some more skill points after completing quests, but no stat points will be gotten after chargen. To level statpoints, you have to improve your runes.

So while I was waiting for AAA the other day in my car, I wound up creating another badlands inspired world. This one is basically a world covered in water with cities floating on the waves. So anyway, since I apparently run these worlds on single mythologies (Verden is very obviously Norse), what mythology should I look into for this one? (I seem to just like making things, who knew?)

If its aquatic, why not Greek or Irish?

I could do greek. I'm rather unfamiliar with Irish, though, and I'm sure it's less known than Greek. So naturally Irish would be more fun...but Greek probably has better monsters. HMM.
(note : This is actually how my thought process works)

The Irish have some pretty fun critters as well, although they're best known for the Fay.

I think Clove would cry if she saw this. You're probably thinking of Sidhe when you said Fay.

Yeah sorry for being a smartass. If I didn't say something, someone else would have.

It's alright, I'd rather be corrected than mocked.

So yeah, remember that song I wrote for the asylum a while back? Well I honestly only wrote that so I could use the first two lines which I'd had rolling around in my head for probably a month and a half and nothing to use them with. Anyway, started building something else on them, and I've got this so far : vocaroo.com/i/s03JgP1yxshr

So I'm heavily modifying the Badlands rolling system to try and make it more streamlined rather than the D&D style lotsarolls. I'm thinking of keeping the add-a-rolls specifically for contested situations, like when two people are going up against each other, and using a single roll plus your skill in something for the normal ones. What think?

Edit
Lightning's flash Thunder's sound Water falling all around Carried on the winds A doleful tune begins From the skies To the ground Nature's voices all around Singing the song of storms
In the dusk Rain's fell sound Bits of heaven crashing down Lightning in the sky Thunder splits the night Gusts of wind Blowing 'round Dancing in skies pouring down So goes the song of storms
Verse 3 (not really making any progress here)
Far above Rolling land Yet so very close at hand
