"Yeah, and Chamena's gone and fallen for him." At Ryu's advice, Prion poured himself a cup of coffee. Wow, it wasn't too bad for once. Although what he wouldn't give for some homegrown wine... "I don't know what to do about it. This has never happened before!"

"Why, is that against the rules?" Gaz interrupted. He had continued to play pool with himself since no one had wanted to join, and was trying to pocket them in numerical order. He wasn't really succeeding. "Though I guess if there's a breakup it would get violent fast," he laughed. He aimed the cue stick, and ended up pocketing the cue ball. "Dammit."

Prion downed the rest of his coffee and grabbed a pool cue off the wall, pulling the cue ball out of the pocket before Gaz got to it. He lined up a shot and sank the ball.
"Gaz, they're both Block D inmates. They're already dangerous on their own. Together, they're a disaster waiting to happen. But, Chamena's already so unstable, and that Demon barely knows what year it is. I don't know how to call it."

The Cat Demon, Chess, was lounging at the bar. As he swirled the drink in his glass before taking a sip, Chess happened to notice a few of his 'acquaintances' chatting by the pool table. He focused his hearing on the group, and picked up the name "Chamena"- that was the name of the Siren. "Well...Seeing as I have nothing better to do..." He mumbled to himself before making his way toward them.
With his glass still in hand, Chess raised up a few fingers to give the three guards a mock wave before occupying one of the seats near the pool table. While he wasn't exactly Mister Social, Chess did interact with a lot of guards so almost all of them were familiar with him or at least knew what he did for a living.
"Chamena and the new Block D inmate? I call that a massacre waiting to happen. Isn't it your job to make sure she doesn't go ahead and kill again, Prion? I don't want to go making anymore keys if they have to put her under heavy chains like that Dullahan they got stashed away."

"Don't even mention the Dullahan, I was almost assigned as his guard. I'll take the ADD pyromaniac fey over him any day. By the way Chess I don't normally see you lurking around down here, what's up with you?" He took another sip of his still hot coffee.

Vann didn't pay the others much mind and took a seat across the room from the coffee pot. He was a bit of a loner after all. Sometimes he wondered if that was why he and the nephilim got along. Permission to have Puck beaten was interesting. Still, tomorrow he would be wearing goggles.

"Even a person like me needs some company once in a while. Can't spend my entire week in the Key Chamber, after all...That and they got a new bottle of burben I've been itching to try." Chess explained with a shrug before downing his drink.

"You and your alcohol Chess" The dragon stretched and walked over to the bar to get himself a drink. "Now, where is the Rum.......?"

The zombie's face muscles pulled into a grin when he finally had a taker for pool. Which meant now he'd have to up his game a bit. "Aight, you put down a striped ball, so I get solid," he said to Prion. There weren't any he could hit directly, so he tried a wall bounce. He hit one and...it stopped rolling right at the edge of the pocket! "Just my luck. Yer up. Anywho, why not just use the chains? Maybe they like it kinky that way."

Prion shook his head with a sigh, lining up another ball and knocking it in. He wandered around the table and took aim once again.
"I wish it was that simple, guys. I don't want to put more work on you, Chess. Remember what happened the last time we tried to chain her up? She rusted them in two days, then tried to kill you when you came in to fit her for a new pair. Sirens hate chains unless they're jewelry." He struck the cueball, but put too much force behind it, sinking it instead. "Geez, the gods really aren't smiling on me today."

Ryu was looking behind the bar and finally found what she was looking for. "Finally found the rum." The dragon filled a shot glass full of the clear liquid and downed it. "Anyone else want some?"

"None for me. One more glass of alcohol and the bosses would have my head for going back to work tipsy." Chess responded. For the record, he wasn't talking about either the Asylum Head or Cerberus. He was talking about Port and Ian, the ogre brothers who share a body, as in they have two heads on one body. They're in charge of Hallow Asylum's security system (which ultimately includes the Key Chamber.) "Seriously, it's as if more things need to be made and fixed everyday. Just do me a favor and leave your inmates in their cells to rot if they need to be secured more."

"My inmate is fine with the chains she has," the dragon poured himself a shot of rum and drank it one go, "That was weak, do you know if we have any silver or red rum"

"Sometimes the docs like to use alcohol to clean up wounds, they might have a couple bottles hidden down there," Gaz said, half-truthfully. He wouldn't take any himself since the alcohol doesn't do anything special, and just ends up burning his rotting esophagus.
The pool game continued. He had two good shots in a row after placing the cue ball in the most strategic place, and nearly scratched the eight ball on the third shot. "Ack, that could have ended badly. Two to one right now."

Prion lined up his shot and sank it, his fingers starting to clench tighter around his pool cue. Damnit, he was looking for some help here, and all everybody wanted to do was drink!
"There's some of my mountain rum behind the mirror of the bar, Ryu. I thought you shouldn't put alcohol near an open flame?" He grumbled, sinking two more balls in quick succession. "And I won't leave her to rot, Chess! We're supposed to be helping these people, not drinking our worries away!" He slammed the cue into the cue ball, shooting it off the pool table and into Gaz's stomach while the wooden cue stick shattered in his grasp. "Oops..."
