Den nodded and shrugged.
"That makes sense. Thank you." He looked around, checking out the other students, then looked up at the sky. "Wow, look at those clouds. They're so light, and you can see the sky so clearly... Hey, dat ziet eruit als een konijnje..." He spaced out, smiling up at the clouds. ____
Translation: dat ziet eruit als een konijn- that one looks like a bunny.

Dmitri was already missing Russia. He had been reluctant to put away his fur coat and was, for lack of a better word, pouting over it. Never mind the fact that it was made for a girl—it was simply much too warm to be prancing about in heavy coats.
Scowling with an unreasonable ferocity, he made his way closer to the buildings, his steps admittedly faltering at the sight of people. He could hear them talking but it all sounded like garbled junk to his ears.
Why would anyone want to speak in a language other than Russian? Dmitri could not understand it, but he did give them the benefit of the doubt by deciding that they just hadn’t been privy to the wonders of his language. He would not hold their barbaric tongues against them.
“Er, allo?” He directed his greeting to the group as a whole, but quickly turned his attention to the tallest.
Rocket boots. He’d have to build them.
His neck protested vehemently when he looked up at the man, then up to the clouds. Dmitri couldn’t see anything interesting, but the giant had such a happy look that Dmitri was annoyed again. “Vot iz up dere? Vot you zee?”

Den blinked and looked over at the boy who had just arrived. A Russian? I wonder if he brought some vodka with him; I was hoping to make some Drunken Shrimp before I left, but I never got around to it. He smiled easily at him and shrugged. His Russian was far from good, but he at least knew a little from when he'd done a food show in Moscow.
"Добрый день, сэр. I was just looking at the clouds. It is rare to see them in such a beautiful sky like this back home." He started to crouch a little to be more on the boy's eye level, but then figured that would probably not be the best idea. Russians could get so testy if they felt you were pandering to them. ____
Translation: "Добрый день, сэр"- Good day, sir.

Dmitri’s whole face lit up when he smiled widely. Anyone who would at least try to speak in the superior language was clearly a very intelligent and reasonable person. "занятный! Cloud pretty,” He shrugged, hoping his snide comment would be softened by the gesture. ”Cold better. Штормовая погода красивее.” Dmitri then waved his hands above his head as he looked back to the sky. ”Storm. Zo. Vere are you from?”
----- çàíÿòíûé – interesting, amusing Штормовая погода красивее – Stormy weather is prettier.

Den smiled at the Russian and shrugged. "I suppose if you are used to cold, you prefer it. I'm from a small town in Holland, erm, Голландия, near Amsterdam." ___
Голландия- Holland

Mitzy scoffed at all the words of the students she just met. Annoying fools- they don't understand that this is a school for competition. They only accept the Best every year, and from what I've read the students who do graduate are admitted into any university or given any job of their choice. The strange thing is...From the rumors I've heard those in Magnum Academy end up going mad or worse...Could it have been too much for them to handle? I should do a little more research on this.
Mtitzy walked around a few buildings until she reached what she assumed as the sports field. There was the large gymnasium and, to her displeasure, a gated pool next to it. She shivered when she saw the water. "Swimming better not be one of the requirements to graduate...." she mumbled.

Dmitri nodded, approving of this new information. (And everything just had to meet his approval, didn’t it?) His smile had yet to diminish, but then he was only focusing on the good one—on Den. The others were obviously not interesting enough for his admittedly short attention span. ”Dmitri Spicer,” He held out his hand to shake Den’s, pointedly directing his introduction only to the Dutch man.

Den gripped the hand and shook it, smiling back. "Den Hulsbos. What are you here for?"

”Inventions.” Dmitri’s grin turned slightly malicious. ”Zo far мои роботы являются лучшим.” After all, if there were better robots out there, he’d just build something better—and possibly sabotage the competition if he was feeling particularly motivated. ”You?”
---- мои роботы являются лучшим – my robots are the best ((My edits are always to get the Russian characters to show, my apologies..))

Den backed up slightly when he saw Dmitri's malicious grin, then smiled and scratched the back of his head. "I cook. I have my own restaurant."

Cera continued to play the songs she knew by heart. After about 45 minutes of continuous playing she put the violin and bow back into its case. She stretched her arms before sitting in second position* on the bench and began to sing. "kodomo no koro ni oitekita yume o omoidashita wakakusairo no kanashimi o hosoku amaku utau my fairytale

"Imprezive," Dmitri completed the formalities as, really, he didn't care anymore. As aforementioned, the young Russian didn't have the best attention span so with a small frown he continued talking: "Vot iz there do now?" He glanced back to his feet for a moment thinking about his need for rocket boots (to gain some height). Of course, he knew he wouldn't need to be in any rush to make those--he knew he had the means to complete such a small project quickly. Right now he could devote his time to familiarizing himself with everything new. When he refocused, as best he could, on Den again he was smiling. "Iz party time?"

Andrzej looked up from his project to see that someone new had joined the slowly growing group. 'I will never understand why people gather around like that, but whatever, it's not my problem. He stood from his bench and put the PDA back into his pocket. He cracked his fingers and started to wander the huge campus again.
After walking around the large building he found himself in front of what appeared to be the Gym. He shuddered thinking about doing any kind of athletic work, especially if it included swimming, he hated swimming, and the fact that he wasn't good at it didn't help. "Boże, pomóż duszę, która próbuje mnie zrobić lekkoatletykę." he whispered to himself, stuffing his hands into the pockets on his hoodie, causing the hood to rise a bit and almost exposed his eyes, "Ups, to nie byłoby dobre." He pulled his hood back down and continued to stare at the horrid place known as the Gym.
Boże, pomóż duszę, która próbuje mnie zrobić lekkoatletykę.=God help the soul that tries to make me do athletics." Ups, to nie byłoby dobre.=Oops, that wouldn't be good.

Albria watched the two new foreign boys introduce themselves without interrupting. A cook and an inventor hitting it off as friends, who knew? Well, there'd be plenty of time to meet Dmitri and Den later. She also noticed that she never had the chance of reading the minds of someone that thinks in a language she doesn't know, and wondered how much information she might actually be able to get? But that too would be for later. Alice and JJ were still nearby though, and decided to turn towards them instead.
"So...I'm at a loss for talking points. I feel like we should actually be doing something though."
