Magnum Academy is known as the only Academy in the world for "The Best." It's where those of fantastic talents can come and compete against each other to test their skills and achieve greatness. They are willing to accept "The Best" in any category, and this semester they have chosen you. Few Students are gathered in the garden to hear the principal's announcements. There doesn't seem to be any other teachers or students around, but the calm ambiance of the area makes you forget how suspicious that is.

There is a giant screen hanging above the front doors of the school building. You also noticed that the same screens were hanging above the doors to the Boarding House, where you went to drop off your stuff. The screen starts making a few static sounds, until a silhouette appears. "Welcome my new students, to your first semester in Magnum Academy. I am your Principal, and you are under my orders now. I have specifically chosen you out of all the young students in the world, because you show great promise and talent in certain fields. Today is a Free Day and so you are allowed to walk around campus and meet your new students. Believe it or not, you only need to make it through one semester to graduate from this Academy, which is why we have so few students and no staff at all! All you have to do is prove your talents to me, and you will get whatever you desire! Now go out, my students, and enjoy your Free Day!"The screen goes off. Students are now free to meet and talk to each other until everyone has been introduced. After all the current students have met each other, the Principal will come back and tell you to go back to the Boarding House, ending the "Welcome Ceremony."

In a small group of people, purple hair tends to stand out a lot easier than usual. Albria chewed on her gum, wondering what the other kids might have been invited for. After all, getting into the mind of a supergenius is on her list of things to experience. It was strange though, that she wasn't told what she'd be learning while she was there. After all, if there aren't other staff, then who will be able to teach her better psychic abilities? The short message played for them was certainly lacking in information. Maybe orientation will be later on in the week.

Alice looked around, scanning the eager faces. Scouting out competition more than anything, really. A vibrant pop of purple caught her eye. She turned to see another girl checking out the other students. Hmm, now what could she be here for? Maybe she's a designer or actress? They always seem to be doing bloody crazy things to their hair. She walked over to the girl, smiling at her.
" 'Ello luv! Are you as lost as I am?" She allowed herself a chuckle, hoping this girl wouldn't be a total stick in the mud.

Cera was walking around the courtyard, wringing her hands in front of her. She looked up as the principle started talking, but continued to walk forward. Not watching where she was going she walked right into a girl with auburn hair and landed on the ground. "I'm so sorry about that...." she said quietly looking down at the ground.

Alice jumped when she felt something crash into her. She spun around, spotting a brunette sprawled on the ground. She smiled at the girl and held out a hand.
"That's alright, luv. Happens to the best of us. I can't tell you the number of times I've gone ass over teakettle like that! Here, let me help you up."

James J. Jameson, aka J3 or JJ to his frie...oh, who am I kidding, everyone called him JJ. American Adventurer. Master of Unlocking. I'd say he's a sneaky son of a bitch too, but his mom is actually very nice. Or so I've heard. But back to JJ.
James listened to the orientation speech, sure, but he didn't bother to watch the screen when he saw it was only showing the outline of a man who identified himself as the principal. Instead, James opted to pass his eye over the small group of 'students' gathered together outside with him. So these were the talented individuals, huh?
Wait, what? Graduating in a single semester? No staff besides the principal? The devil was this? Interesting! Smelled like a mystery.
The 'principal' soon stopped talking, dismissing the students. James took a moment to pass his eye over the 'school'. It was pretty large, actually. Much larger than necessary for the few people present, especially if there truly was no staff. Interesting!
A cheery shout caught his attention, drawing James's eyes to a rather spunky looking girl in a hoodie. She was promptly bumped into by a shy-looking girl who fell to the ground. Social activity!
"Oy, are you alright?" James asked as he hopped over.

"Thank you" she grabbed the auburn haired girl's hand looking up briefly, light shining off of her forest green eyes. She then turned her head slightly at the male voice talking in her general direction, "I'm fine, thank you for asking..." her voice still quiet.

Before she even got a chance to respond, there were people falling all over the place! It had caught the attention of yet another person, bringing the crowd up to three.
"Always a good way to start the icebreaker," she eventually replied to the rest of the group. If it wasn't for the girl who had originally greeted her that offered to help the other, then Albria would have done it her own way. Levitating people surely caught them offguards!

"Nice to hear it," James responded with a smile. He extended one hand to both the shy girl and the one with the accent. "Name's James, but you can call me J.J."

Alice pulled the girl back to her feet, then looked over at the others.
"Well, this is a right proper party now, innit? Let's see here, we've got a two Yanks and an Afrikaans, right?" She looked curiously at the trio, grinning.
Should I give Alice a full cockney accent or just write it normally?

"You'd be correct. And not to mention there seems to be a common theme of falling with you guys. Hopefully you didn't hurt yourself when you slipped on the edge of the pool yesterday, right?" she said, reading Alice's memory from the day before, letting herself have a little smile as she said it.
"I'm Albria, but people tend to shorten it to just Bree."

Alice's jaw dropped when Bree mentioned the swimming incident from yesterday.
"How the bloody hell did you know that?! Were you at my training or something?!" She shook her head, her mind still blown. "But, erm, I'm Alice. If you lot watched the Olympics over the summer, you may've seen me win gold for the UK."

Albria tilted her head a little to the side. "Yeah, I guess I do recognize you from television. It's difficult with those goggles and swim caps everyone wears. So it's JJ, Alice, and...?" she trailed off, letting her answer for herself. She knew her name was Cera though, but didn't want to freak her out after having just fallen.

"My name is Cera, its a preasure to meet you" she bow slightly before shaking their hands. I can belive I let my accent slip like that, now they're going to call me a Jap and laugh at me... Her smile faltered a bit as she thought about how others had laughed at her.
