That'd be Mushroom Kingdom. Yoshi's special abilities are written above. Big Boo Coleman is a neutral, you can pay him to attach to one of your squads, making that squad generate no heat, but he takes 25% of your earnings from the squad he's attached to. He can also be paid off to join a different side.

That would be awesome. I totally need help designing the city. What sort of businesses should there be for money making? Mushroom Kingdom's got an advantage in making/selling drugs, and Kongs are known for offering 'protection', but besides that I dunno. Casinos, I guess?

Well, you have drugs, protection, casinos, property sales, weapons sales...In some cases you have construction crews and "intelligence networks" too. I'm sure we can think of something else too. After all, people still need to eat and get supplies, right?

Totally should have agents be able to meet with each other to make deals. Is the other person actually willing to deal or are they going to try and kill you? WHO KNOWS? lol, players are jerks
I don't want to have too many rules besides conflict resolution and some basic money systems cuz I love seeing the crap players come up with. I'm a very 'sure, why not?' sort of GM.

I think we need a few more people in order to make sure this works out xDD There are only 6 of us, after all, and while that may seem like enough it really isn't for an RP this huge.

Well we've got Bob Ohm already, he sells bombs to anyone who pays him. I haven't figured out how a 'realistic' piranha plant would work, any ideas? Whomps would probably make awesome bouncers. Hmm...

Maybe the Pirahna plants would work like body disposers?
