I'm going to answer this tomorrow because it is late at night and this is the hardest question I've been asked all day. *head asplodes*

OKAY. So. First I think it would be cheating to say Avengers is my favorite, because how is it NOT your favorite if you've been following the series? So I'm going to skip by that as a given. Also I saw it in theaters three times.
As for the rest of them, I'll rank them:
Iron Man Thor Captain America Iron Man II The Incredible Hulk
I'll always say Iron Man is my favorite because it was the movie that got me enthralled with the comic book universe. Sure, I've seen Spiderman before that, but I was never really compelled to do research on it.
Thor and Captain America for me are relatively tied, but because Thor has such a great universe and mythology that it gets visual bonus points. Thor: The Dark World is also the sequel I'm most looking forward to, because I really would love to see how Thor and Loki's relationship is affected. Captain America is just such a super solid movie and super well done and tied together, I think it's sequel The Winter Soldier is going to be the hardest to live up to its previous incarnation.
Which brings me to Iron Man II. I remember some of the key points from that movie because they've been immortalized as gif photosets on tumblr. Otherwise, it just felt too much like a stepping stone they needed to cross. However, Black Widow and Agent Coulson get great scenes.
Hulk, unfortunately, gets relegated last for three major reasons: it was rebooted within five years of its predecessor only to change his story to include him in SHIELD, the actor Edward Norton is replaced by Mark Ruffalo and so there's no real consistency, and because it's a rather short movie that just serves to be a simple introduction story. The Hulk portrayed in the Avengers was just so many eons better (and the Hulk deserved it too).
NOT really looking forward to Ant-Man. Guardians of the Galaxy is going to feel a little weird. I mean Rocket Raccoon? Really? A lot of people wanted to see Black Panther, especially the people who want to see more badass black superheroes in movies. Miles Morales has been a pretty big hit, after all. But yeah, it's going to be very interesting to see what happens after Avengers II and Thanatos.

I've never actually seen Captain America, but I heard it was good. And if Avengers isn't the favorite right now then I don't know what is.
