ERMAHGERD, TRERN SERNDTRERCK.
But seriously, the Tron album is the only thing I've ever bought off of iTunes (with a gift card), and I borrowed the Reconfigured album from someone I knew and I love it just as much remixed. Every piece is unique and identifiable from each other, and it's just so original with the fusion of techno and obvious influences from Zimmer.
Speaking of Zimmer, I also have a huge qualm with the Nolan Batman movie soundtracks because how similar all three movies sound. That's why I much prefer the tracks that are designed around a single character (such as the themes that belong to Harvey Dent, Selina Kyle, and of course Bane).
Those are just the first two that come to mind. ^^

Agreed, the Tron soundtrack is seriously awesome! And when I was watching DKR, I definitely did feel like I was hearing the same stuff from the previous two films, which really kinda pissed me off. See, I hate it when they repeat tracks like that without even making too much of an effort to change up the melody. It just screams of laziness!
One that actually has been playing on my ipod for a while now is the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides album. Yes, it was a terrible movie, but I loooooooooooove the soundtrack! Of course, I'm a bit biased because I freaking love flamenco guitar (and Rodrigo y Gabriela, the duo who play all of the guitar pieces, are my favorite flamenco guitarrists XD), but I love how they still made the entire soundtrack sound fresh and fun. Angelica's Theme is definitely up there for one of my favorite tracks on the album.

OMG, so a podcast I listen to is reviewing a shit-ton of movie soundtracks. I'm recommending it as I am listening to it right now because the first three songs were from Mulan, Coraline, and Tron, so obviously I have to share. gonzogaming.libsyn.com/It's the ones called "The Sound of Gonzo" and there are two parts! I except great things in both, since it's a pretty awesome podcast in general.

The soundtrack for Beasts of the Southern Wild (2012) is beautiful. I really think it deserves a listen all the way through by people.
