Name: "Doctor Feelgood", among many other nicknames. His real name is information restricted to a few select individuals.
Species: Higher Undead, classified as a Lich for all intensive purposes.
Age: Restricted. By appearance, in his early 30's.
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Appearance: Doc is known for a strangely off putting appearance. He has a sort of general feel about him that suggests he could leap for your throat at any minute. His thin, pale limbs always reach for something in his pockets to fiddle with, or lacking that, scratch along his arm. He pushes black hair back over his head, occasionally leaving a strand or two hanging over his angular face. Always--no matter what--an unsettling grin settles on his face though two dead eyes are not laughing in the slightest. Because of his state of living, he has a sort of palor cast over him, as if one were looking at a corpse instead of a man.
Reason for Being in Asylum: Protection for society against his hunger.
Motivation: To gain possession of souls in the Asylum and eventually take the guards' and the warden's souls.
Strengths: Very, terrifyingly intelligent. He is not to be underestimated under any circumstances. He has no ability to force people to relinquish their lives to him, but he can form contracts with others for their souls that will be collected. This extends to other inmates and anyone else in need of help, to the point that he's become known as a man who can get anything done "for a price".
Weaknesses: The guards have a good understanding of his tendency to make offers and challenge others for their lives, leaving collection difficult. On top of this, anything that can harm an evil being will have full effect on him; including crosses, holy water, and other religious symbols.
Likes: The Good Doctor has a penchant for people who come asking for help. In fact, he has a very good system of give-and-take when people come asking for help, leaving a sort of odd economy in the Asylum. He also very much enjoys civilized things like tea and music and the feeling of a fireplace. On top of this, Doctor Feelgood seems to partake in "taking things apart" whenever possible, whatever that may mean.
Dislikes: With obviously pale skin, He avoids the sunlight at all costs and will stay a good distance away from anything that even slightly appears to be harmful to the undead. In addition to this, The Witchdoctor detests stubborn individuals and those unwilling to take chances.
Brief History:
A long, long time ago, there was a man who craved immortal life. He wished for the chance to roam the world eternally, and felt life slowly slipping away. He became desperate, turning over every stone on his way until something came up. A deal with the Devil. Though he was at first hesitant, the deed was done. When summoned, the man down below was more than happy to strike up a deal, offering to play a game of wits against this man for the chance at eternal life.
He won. Furious at the man's unusual deed, the devil granted him immortality nonetheless, turning his body into a corpse that would house his soul for all of time afterwards. With this, he discovered, more deals could be made. More games could be played. He was hungry. There was so much body, so much time. Far too much for just one soul. So he ate. And he ate, and he ate, and he ate; making deals and taking the lives of many to fuel the deep, rumbling desire in the pit of his stomach for more. That never stopped, and eventually he was found by law enforcement and carted off to the asylum without hesitation.
The problem is, his actions didn't end there. This perfect gentleman, refined and educated without a bad manner to speak of, was pulling others into his web. Only a short time in the pit, the now-infamous Good Doctor is a man that has caught the guards' careful attention. Only time will tell where this ageless being shall go from here.
