Sometimes, things make sense. Sometimes, so many things happen in such a short time the adult person's mind will have trouble keeping up. Throw hormones in, and you start nearing the territory Harris' mind was in.
"Sandy... Just... What in the hell..." Almost locking up, the only really clear course of action would be to help Midori. Harris picked her up and sat her down at a table, leaning her against his shoulder for balance.

At some point in the proceedings, Shard had dropped whatever food he had been eating to go into full defensive, though he had never really moved forward. It was probably at the point when the siren came forward at them, but even before with Meela's shriek he figured something would go particularly wrong. And just like that the show was over and the siren carted off by her guard. Shard had taken his place next to Midori, to make sure nothing else completely crazy happened to her. While Chamena and Prion walked out, Moortimier and Gaz intercepted them on the way in.
"Whoo! We missed a big one didn't we!" Gaz exclaimed, nudging at Moort's side and surveying the damage. "Good thing though, since I know how much it pisses you right off, though it would have been a fun way to start the mornin'." He must have been the last genuinely cheerful person in that cafeteria, besides Puck of course.
Moort's eyes couldn't help but notice the amount of guards stationed around Puck and his delinquent crew, probably at the tail end of a confrontation with the siren that had just stormed out. "Not a single dead either," he muttered under his breath. "Midori, dear! You look positively disheveled. Don't tell me you went and picked a fight with that siren and lived," he said, impressed.
"Well, something like that at least," Shard replied. "It's a little more complicated than that." He left it open-ended, in case Midori wanted to reply for herself.

Puck shrugged, "Dude, this is a Mental Asylum. You know how many homos we got running around here? I'm just shocked Prion didn't just muzzle her the moment she stepped up." The guards around them were starting to fix the area. One of them even ordered their little group to not get involved with the mess and to get back to eating.
Puck rolled his eyes before turning to Midori. The green-skinned oni was still in a daze, a blank stare in her eyes as small drops of tears lingered at the corners. Her mouth was slightly agape and she was as limp as ever. Puck poked her face to see how disabled she was, and the girl promptly fell over and onto Harris's lap with no response, not even a sound. Puck would have thought the poor girl comatose if it wasn't for her mobile hair picking up random food and stuffing it into her second mouth.
"And, this children, is why you don't have a lesbian experience without a little warning first," Puck said. He spotted the shrunken head from yesterday that was still in the hair's grasped and forcefully yanked it out. "What the hell are you still doing here?"
"You little friend, or more like her other self, thought it'd be fun to bring me around."
"Holy shit!" Puck shrieked, dropping the head and jumping into the air out of shock. He watched the head, looking for signs of any movement. There were none, however, and Puck slowly made his way back down to the ground.
"...Okay....Maybe I do actually need to attend therapy today."
"Please do, it'll save me the trouble of paperwork." Puck quickly turned around and came face to face with Oberon. "Yo Obe, what's shaking?"
"Why is it that whenever I get called into the cafeteria, it's always you and your friends here who are the reason." Oberon scowled, turning around and unsheathing his sword. He quickly lashed it out at Shard, only to have the tip of the blade a breath away from poking the gargoyle's nose.
"Here's the deal. I'll give all of you here 3 strikes. This is the first. Two more, and I won't hesitate to report every single one of you. I don't care about your reasons or whether or not you go involved. If you are willing to put up with Puck for this long, that can only mean you're all up to something. And if it's to make my job harder than it already is, then you better hope the moment that you get your third strike that I am in a good mood." As he spoke Oberon slowly turned to each of the group members and pointed his sword at them, even Moortimier.
"You have a good mood?"
When the sword was facing Puck, Oberon thrust it forward. The blade went right through Puck's open mouth, the tip sticking out from the back of his head. "You are really pressing my patience you damn sandman."
Pulling the sword back and wiping some small specks of sand off with his hand, Oberon quickly turned to Gaz. He approached the zombie guard and placed the sword underneath his chin to force him to look straight. "You're not in my division, but now that you're here and I assume that your patient here is a friend of mine, I order you to make sure that each one of them leaves this cafeteria with no trouble. And if Puck does anything, dump a bucket of water on him."
With that final order, Oberon placed his sword back into its scabbard. He adjusted his uniform and left the cafeteria looking as composed as ever. The group stared at him, until the dazed oni made a sound.
"Uhh...." Midori let out a groan as she slowly came back to her sense. She slowly lifted herself off of Harris' lap, rubbing her temples before looking at everyone. "...D-did something happen?"
Everyone in the group stayed quiet until Puck knelt down to pick up the shrunken head and spoke up.
"...So...Do the three strikes apply to all of us or just you guys?"

"I knew he was terrifying, but damn, I'm glad that he isn't in charge of my cell block" Lilli pulled her fingers through the blonde streak in her hair. She picked her fork back up and continued to eat her breakfast, "Wait? Can Oberon punish me when I'm not in his block?"
Ryu looked at her, "Technically no, but if guards in your block complain about him and your involved, then he can"
Watching the fairy guard leave, Ayaka shuddered "Now I can see why most of the B block inmates are afraid of him, Puck is just more insane then I thought he was..." She finished her food and pushed her tray out of the way so that she could rest her head on the table.

Gaz stood up a little straighter after being given his commands by Oberon. The sword hadn't made an impression on him so much as Oberon's superiority. "Look, look at that! Being given official orders an' everything! Most would complain that zombies ain't trustworthy, but I'll show them!" He strained to recognize this crew that Moortimier surrounded himself with, so he turned to him first. "You're gonna have to help, buddy, you know these delinquents better than I do."
Moortimier grimaced in reply. "I don't know how much better, but I certainly can watch them pretty well from up here." He thought it would be the perfect alibi: on the one hand pretend that he's against the group while on the other he could do his little job outdoors in peace, without any suspicion. The only problem would be treading the line between friend and enemy, but he figured either way the consequences to himself would be minimal.
Shard, on the other hand, was not so relieved. How he had wished in the moment where he stared down Oberon's sword that he could turn his face to stone, but simply couldn't. He grabbed Puck and sunk his hands into the sandy upper arms of his cellmate. "Listen here, sandman," he growled, trying to keep his voice down to prevent any more intervention from the guards. "You might have the advantage of immunity, of immortality, of whatever, but the rest of us don't. So I more than strongly suggest you keep your recklessness to the bare minimum, or at least away from us. I don't know what I'd do to stop you, but remember that my main motivation doesn't require freedom." Of course, he was talking about his pact with Meela and his wings, the only alliance he knows he'll honor to the best of his ability.
Shard finally let him go. "As far as I'm concerned, the strikes are all yours. I figured you'd be honored to have them."
There was a thud nearby. Unnoticed, Gaz had actually gone to the kitchen and back to retrieve a huge bucket of water, held up by a chain. "Alright kids, playtime is over and I've got the crowd control so you better get packing." He was extremely proud of his job at that moment.

Meela sighed, scampering up to Shard's shoulder while warily watching Gaz. Great, there went her chance to have some fun, or to get some serious exploring done without getting in too much trouble.
"Well ain't today just startin' out cheerful-like? C'mon Shard, let's get goin'..."

Harris'd been quiet throughout the entire exchange, gauging Oberon during the entire episode, followed by Gaz. Finally letting out a sigh, he turned to Puck"So once again, you piss people off Sandy - Hobby of yours? That guy before, Obe or whatever his name is, seems pretty intent on ruining our days." Turning to Midori on his lap, with a raised eyebrow and a smile, "Yo Princess, you alright again?"

Vann and Emim walked slowly down a hall towards the musical therapy room. Vann's violin was slung across his back with its bow, and he read while he walked. Emim followed softly behind, trailing a wordless tune that Vann thought he heard one of the cooks singing in the kitchen once. She was staring intently over Vann's shoulder, quickly reading each page as he turned them. At least she's not turning the pages before I finish them anymore, Vann thought to himself. She had been ten minutes prior, and he had to smack her hand a few times to get her to stop. "Why aren't they allowed to do harp work with you anymore anyway? That wasn't a rule when I started here." Emim simply shrugged. Vann hadn't been looking, and so didn't notice at first. He turned and she repeated the gesture. "Don't remember, huh? I suppose I can guess then." It wasn't the first rule they'd had to add regarding the nephilim. Vann still remembered when the rule about fire had been added. They never did find the other patient's leg.

Puck stared at Shard with half-lidded eyes. "Hey man, chill. How was I supposed to know Oberon would lose his shit? Now let me go, 'kay? My clothes are worn enough as it is!" When Gaz came in with the bucket of water, Pucks eyes widened in fear. Quickly he fazed through Shard's grasp and flew high into the air.
Holy shit you damn zombie- you're not actually serious, are you!?" Puck shouted, staring down at him. "You know what that kind of stuff can do to me? I prefer not being sand paste, thank you very much!"
Midori rubbed her head and sighed, "I-I think I'm alright...D-did Miss Chamena leave already? I thought..." The kiss flashed through her mind and Midori's green face turned red in just a few seconds. "Oh no- now I remember! How could this have happened!? I'm married! Once my husband finds out I've been tarnished, the family will disown me!" She cried, the tears now falling.
Puck stared at her and rolled his eyes, "Sweetheart, you're in Hallow Asylum. If that doesn't say 'disowned' I don't know what else would."
"Attention. Attention. It is 7:45 AM. All inmates must report to their posts by 8:00 AM. I repeat, all inmates must report to their posts by 8:00 AM."
Puck stared at the speakers and smirked. "Well, looks like I got some therapy to attend. Shard, Harris, Lilli- I think you guys have some too! I'll see you down below!" And with a wave, Puck dived down and disappeared through the floors.
[Exit to Therapy Rooms]
Midori wiped her tears with her kimono and slowly stood up and fixed her appearance. "Well I guess we should be going now, right Meela? You don't have therapy yet either, right?" She bowed to her fellow patients and bid them farewell as she walked out of the cafeteria.
[Exit to Baths]
Patients attending therapy will post their intro in the Therapy Rooms thread and I'll have the Doctors meet them. The characters will go in different orders since their scheduled times differ, of course. So your character will be asked to wait. Block D and Block C patients get priority.
Therapy is short, so characters in Blocks A, B, and C who are done are free to roam around. Take the time to perform your tasks that have been assigned to you that you could check up in the information thread.

"Well that was entertaining....now to go set my therapist on fire" Lilli stood and left with Ryu holding onto her chain. Ryu just rolled his eyes and proceeded to lead her to the therapy rooms.

"I should probably go too, I will probably see you all later" Ayaka rose and walked to the operating rooms to do her job.

Meela glared at the Sandman's retreating form. "That idiot really will git us all killed if we're not careful... I better make sure Mi doesn't completely flip." She patted Shard's shoulder then leaned close to his ear. "Keep an eye out for things we can use while you're workin', will ya buddy? If ya see any large, sturdy tarps, screws or bolts, wire, an' maybe s'more lightweight pipes, try an' see if you can hide them for me. I'm gonna try an' do some explorin' tonight." She jumped down and waved to the remains of the group. "See y'all later!"

"Whelp, better get going I guess." Grabbing the quickest breakfast possible, he turned to Shard "You comin'? Better get going before we see just how good "Obe" is with that sword of his.."

Shard only eyed Puck as he phased down to the lower levels. He figured it was only a matter of time before his temper got the better of him, and perhaps the therapy or whatever it was came at just the right moment. They would probably also be better people to ask about getting him some stonesleep instead of the freakish doctors. He nodded in reply to Meela and waved goodbye silently to Moort, who ended up being the last one left. He followed right behind Harris.
[Exit Shard to Therapy Rooms]
Gaz smirked as he watched his orders run successfully. "Not a single interference. Sometimes you just need to go straight to the point, none of this sweet-talking business." He put the bucket up on the table for the maintenance to get later. "Though I will have to turn that sandman into a puddle at least once for fun."
The comment got a small chuckle out of Moortimier. "You're doing fine, trust me," he said, still noticeably down from the spectacle last night with the missing Habhara. "I'm headed out for the day shift now, so have fun doing...whatever you do when you have free time."
"Oh, you betcha!" They both walked out of the cafeteria together but parted ways at the door, one headed outside and the other to find Oberon to get some more inside information on all this guard business.
